These terms describe optional communications for invited participants in Code Forged Systems software demonstrations. This program is separate from any buyer-operated production deployment.
Live SMS is currently disabled pending provider approval and deployment checks. The public communication opt-out page records a company-wide suppression but does not activate SMS or record consent.
Program purpose
Code Forged Systems Demo Alerts may send mobile-number verification codes and event-driven notices that a requested demo notification or workflow update is ready. Optional demo emails support the same requested review activities. This program does not include general marketing, third-party advertising, or a buyer’s production messages.
Consent and frequency
Email and SMS choices are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving a product or service. SMS requires explicit consent and separate mobile-number verification. A demo invitation, feedback submission, email request, or phone number alone is not verified SMS consent.
Message frequency varies with demo activity. Fewer than 100 outbound SMS segments are expected per month across the entire program, restricted to no more than five approved reviewers. This is a program-wide volume, not a promised per-person frequency. Live operation remains subject to provider approval and implementation of the required limits.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Code Forged Systems does not charge a separate fee for demo alerts. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Demo alerts are not an emergency service.
Stop, restart, and help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to stop SMS from the program’s sender. The intended restart flow is START or UNSTOP, followed by YES to confirm renewed consent. The confirmation clearly states that it removes the company-wide SMS suppression across Code Forged Systems demos; stricter product-level preferences still apply.
Reply HELP for help or contact sales@codeforgedsystems.com. Use the unsubscribe link in a demo email for that channel, or use the no-login company-wide opt-out to stop email or SMS across all current and future demos. Clear opt-out requests received through other reasonable channels will also be honored.
Stopping SMS or email does not remove in-app notifications or close an account. Use the EMR’s own preferences for EMR-specific changes.

Use of demonstration data
Use fictional data only. Do not send real patient, financial, credential, or other sensitive information through a demo message or feedback form. A prototype is not offered for clinical care, emergency response, or production operations.
