This notice covers the Code Forged Systems business website, inquiries, demo feedback, and Code Forged Systems Demo Alerts. Individual demos may also provide notices describing their own operations.
Website inquiries and feedback
The email request tools on this site prepare a message in your email application. Form fields stay in your browser until you choose to send the message. The website does not submit those fields to a consent database or store them in browser storage. If you send the email, Code Forged Systems receives the information included in it and uses it to respond, arrange a requested demonstration, review feedback, or process a messaging choice.
Please share only business contact information and a general description of your request. Do not include patient records, credentials, or other sensitive information.
Interactive sample data
The interactive samples use fictional records. Report filters, inspection notes, scheduling changes, and other sample edits stay in the current page and reset when it reloads. The project estimator can save a fictional quote draft in this browser only when you select Save local draft. Use Delete saved draft in the estimator to remove it. Sample CSV downloads and printed reports are created locally; these interactions do not submit sample entries to Code Forged Systems.
Demo messaging information
When verified demo messaging is enabled, the program will need the reviewer’s contact information, verification status, consent and opt-out records, UTC timestamps, disclosure version, message-delivery metadata, and inbound commands. These are used to operate the requested demonstrations, document consent, prevent abuse, and honor preferences.
The company-wide opt-out page sends the email address or phone number entered to the suppression service. The service normalizes the contact and stores a keyed cryptographic reference, channel, status, timestamps, source, and request identifiers; it does not retain the readable email address or phone number in the shared suppression table. Participating demos check that shared reference before sending and may also retain their own opt-out record.
Mobile information and sharing
Mobile information, SMS consent records, and messaging-originator data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the minimum information needed to transmit requested messages, maintain security, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Contact information is not licensed to buyers of a demo or transferred as consent for a buyer’s production campaign.
Hosting and service providers
Microsoft Azure hosts the website, suppression service, and participating demo systems and may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and server logs to deliver and protect them. Typography may load from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information necessary to serve those files. External demo links and your email provider operate under their own notices.
Code Forged Systems has not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers to the custom site.
Your choices
Use the no-login company-wide opt-out to stop email or SMS from all current and future Code Forged Systems demos. For program SMS, reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. For demo emails, use the provided unsubscribe link. You may also email sales@codeforgedsystems.com to ask about your information or correct an inquiry.
Use the EMR’s own preferences to manage more detailed choices for that system. Stopping a messaging channel does not disable in-app demo notifications, close an account, or delete application records.
Retention and security
Inquiries and feedback are kept as needed to respond and maintain the related business correspondence. Consent and suppression records are retained long enough to evidence choices and continue honoring opt-outs. Ask the coordinator about access or deletion; limited records may need to be retained for those purposes.
